Common questions
How do I pick the right device model?
The Design Studio lists every model we cut for — iPhone, iPad and AirPods — with its dimensions on screen. Choose yours and the print template reshapes to that exact body, including the camera cut-out. If your model isn't listed, tell us and we'll look at adding it.
Will the print match my file exactly?
Yes. The print file is generated on your own device at the moment you add to cart — what you position in the preview is what gets printed. Nothing is redrawn or re-laid-out on our side.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Shipping is a flat $4.99 on orders below $40, and free on orders of $40 or more. Orders ship within 3 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days; international delivery takes 7–14 business days via our cross-border line.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship to most international destinations through our cross-border line. International orders leave our US facility and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return a personalised case?
Unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days. Personalised pieces are printed to your artwork, so they can't be resold and aren't eligible — if something is wrong with the print or the fit, that's on us and we'll put it right.
