These Terms of Service govern your use of www.asusadol.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Shenzhen Suxi Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市速晰科技有限公司), trading as “ASUS aDol”, with its business address at Room 407, Building 2, No. 8 Liuhe Road, Liuyue Community, Henggang Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518172, China.

ASUS aDol products are sold by us as an authorized reseller. ASUS, aDol and related logos are trademarks of ASUSTeK Computer Inc.; they are used on this Site with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. We are not ASUSTeK Computer Inc., and we do not operate ASUS’s official global support or warranty services.

Our production, warehousing and custom-printing facilities are located in the United States (including Los Angeles and New York). US orders are produced and shipped domestically. International orders leave our US facility through a cross-border shipping line and may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs procedures.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

3. Product information

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings vary, so colours and finishes may appear slightly different in person. Product specifications (dimensions, weight, compatibility) are provided for guidance and may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.

Custom designs shown in the on-screen preview are for reference only; minor differences in colour, placement and print quality on the finished product are normal for made-to-order items.

4. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is captured at the time of order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card details.

6. Personalized content

When you upload artwork, images or text for a personalized product, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights or any law. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce that content solely to produce and deliver your order. We may decline or cancel an order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise objectionable.

7. Shipping and risk

Shipping, delivery times and the passing of risk are described in our Shipping policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, images and product photography are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping data at scale, or using it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is”. We do not exclude or limit any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload or from your breach of these terms.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with our policies, form the entire agreement between us.
